Purchasing From the Website

An order is not an order until you have received an acceptance confirmation from us.
You should always print a copy of your confirmation, as you cannot access details of your order via the website.

Payment

You will be charged the price of the item on the website at the time of your order.

Shipping is included in the invoice. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within the state of Tennessee.

Product Guarantee and Return Policy

Every physical product purchased from HomeCareCalendars.com comes with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, one of our products is found to be defective, the merchandise is incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please return your purchase with original receipt within 60 days and we will gladly replace your unsatisfactory merchandise, issue a full credit, or refund your payment in full.

Special-order and custom-printed materials are not returnable unless product is defective or incorrect upon receipt. Materials may not be returned for reasons pertaining to mistakes in customer-approved artwork.

Delivery

We will endeavor to ship the product the next working day, but we cannot guarantee this, and we accept no liability for any delay, or failure to deliver within the estimated time.

Once the product is delivered to the user's postal address, the risk of loss and damage is passed to the user.
