We offer four different types of wall calendars - two with content specific to home health, one with content specific to private duty, and one with content specific to hospice. After you pick the topic for your calendar, you will then be able to choose a collection of images to be paired with your calendar. These themes range from mountains to butterflies to pictures of America.

Our home health and hospice calendars are specifically designed to educate referral sources on when to refer and how they and their patients benefit from home health or hospice services. The private duty calendar educates on a variety of health conditions and how private duty services help patients with those conditions. Our calendars contain nearly 150 monthly, weekly and daily health care observances, including National Doctors Day and National Nurses Week.
Are your calendars marketing compliant?
Yes, because our calendars are educational, you can use them as giveaways.
My agency operates in Florida, which has particularly strict laws pertaining to giveaways. Can I give out your home care calendars without violating marketing compliance laws?
Our calendars are compliant with HB 7083 and SB 1986. Providers in Florida may give these calendars to potential and actual referral sources, including physicians, case managers/discharge planners and patients, consistent with the requirement of HB 7083 and SB 1986.
What size are the calendars?
11.625" x 8.75" (folded size). They come either stitched or coil-bound.
Can I upload my own photos?
Currently our website does not allow you to upload your own photos, however please contact us and we will work with you to create your own custom calendar.
I would like to pay by credit card. What types of cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
I would like to pay by check or purchase order. Can I do this?
All Web orders must be paid with a credit card. However, we would be happy to accept your check or PO through a phone or email order to our sales department. If you would like to speak with someone from our sales department, please contact us or call us at 866-695-9707.
If I don't have an image or logo, can I use text instead?
If you choose not to upload a logo, we will use your agency name. Please ensure that it is spelled correctly and looks exactly as you would want it to appear on your calendars.
Can I change the alignment of my logo or image?
No. There is a specific area allotted for your logo or image.
Does my billing address have to match my credit card information?
Yes. However, if the address does not match, please contact our sales department. We can take your order over the phone.
Does the name on my credit card have to match my billing information?

What is included in the delivery charge that is added at checkout?
The delivery charge includes all shipping and handling fees.
What is the turnaround time for your products?
Turnaround times vary. Most orders are shipped within five business days. Quantities over 1,000 may require additional time.

If I realized I made a mistake with my order, how can I get that changed? Is there someone I can contact?
Please call 866-695-9707 to speak with one of our representatives as soon as the error has been spotted. Depending on when the original order was placed, changes to approved orders may incur an additional charge.
